Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 (PST), Monday – Friday
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon – Fri)
  • Transit Time (Domestic): 3–8 business days (Mon – Fri)
  • Transit Time (International): 7–21 business days (depending on destination & customs)
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $[amount]. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@browntrout.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email us at support@browntrout.com within 24 hours of purchase or before the daily cut-off time. We will do our best to update your order before shipment.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. Instructions for retrieval will be provided by the courier.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, return shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
