Return & Refund Policy
You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Conditions for Returns
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process
- Contact Support: Email sales@browntrout.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if required.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our team and keep tracking information. Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Please send approved returns to the address provided in your return authorization. Do not send returns without contacting support first.

A return form (RMA) will be provided by customer service when your return is initiated. This form must be included inside your return package.
Refund Process

Specific Scenarios
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
- Change of Mind: You may request a return within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, please follow the standard return process once you receive the order.
- Faulty Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately with supporting photos; we will arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
- Damaged in Transit: For items damaged during shipping, contact us with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will ensure the correct product is sent at no extra cost.
- Item Never Arrived: Check our Shipping Policy and tracking details. If still unresolved, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already shipped you will need to return the item following the return process.
